1&1 form downloads


To make changes to your 1&1 account data, please click on the appropriate
form fill it in online and then print it out. Once you have completed the form,
please fax the form to (610) 560-1501.

The 1&1 Account Administration Form can be completed and returned to :
  • Redeem a domain name from Redemption period

  • Delete a domain name completely, forfeiting any paid period and returning the domain name to the registry

  • Transfer a domain name to another 1&1 customer

  • Recover a domain name fraudlantly transferred away from 1&1 to another registrar

  • Move a full contract, including domains, websites and email addresses to another 1&1 customer

  • Change the account ownership of your account to a new party

  • Terminate an account in full, closing all domain names, turning off all services
