I cannot edit DNS Settings. Why?


The following are the reasons for not being able to edit DNS Settings:

1. Your domain may be assigned to WebsiteBuilder/WebsiteCreator(WSC-old packages).
To disable WSB/WSC, click WebsiteBuilder/WebsiteCreator under Websites & Applications.
Click Settings and select ---None Selected--- from the drop-down menu. Click OK.

2. Your domain may be assigned to in2Site Live Dialogue. To disable in2Site, click
in2site Live Dialogue under Websites & Applications. Click Edit.
Select another domain from the list or choose ---please select--- to remove all
domains from in2Site Live Dialogue. Click Next. Click Save.

3. There may be a "Domain Setup Error". Contact 1&1 Support.
