Where can I find server's access information?You can find your master password for the 'root' user as well as for the default user of Plesk in the 'Server Administration/Server Data' section of the 1&1 Control Panel. 1. Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel at: https://admin.1and1.com If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page. If you have more than one package, select the relevant package to reach its Administration page. 2. Select Server Access Data from the Server Administration section. ![]() 3. Your Server's Technical Data has complete information about the IP address, domain name, Initial Server Password and the Server Status. ![]() 4. Plesk has information to launch the Plesk administrative Control Panel. ![]() 5. Server Access has information to establish an SSH connection. ![]() 6. With Serial Console information you can access the server when the network is not available. ![]() If you change the Server Password, it will not show up in the Control Panel.
