What are the requirements for ordering additional IPs?

In order to obtain additional IP Addresses you have to accept our "Terms of Use"
for ordering additional IPs. These are as follows:

IP addresses are a finite public resource. They may therefore be ordered only for
justified use and not for purposes of reservation. We also recommend very strongly
that Name Based Hosting be given preference over IP Based Hosting. Reasons that
currently justify ordering an IP are SSL and Anonymous FTP. If you don't need the
IP Address ordered you must give it back to us by canceling in the contract tool.
Because in certain circumstances we have to indicate to our local Regional
Internet Registry the purpose for which each IP address we give out is to be used,
we reserve the right to ask you in writing for the purpose for which your IP is to
be used. If you do not comply with this request within a reasonable period, we
will unfortunately be forced to freeze the IP you ordered here immediately.
